TWO WAYS TO JOIN
Company Driver or Owner-Operator
Company Drivers
Join WEO as a professional driver and become part of a growing specialized transportation operation. We provide the equipment, the loads, and the support.
- —Valid Class A CDL
- —At least two years of commercial driving experience
- —Clean driving record
- —Experience with specialized or oversized loads preferred
- —Boat transportation experience a plus
Owner-Operators
Bring your experience and equipment to WEO. Owner-operators must operate under WEO's authority. We will ask for truck details early in the process so both sides can evaluate fit.
- —Valid Class A CDL
- —At least two years of commercial driving experience
- —Trailer optional — WEO can provide one if needed
- —WEO can arrange insurance coverage for owner-operators
- —Must operate under WEO's authority
